Home staging has been known to boost home sales prices, as well as quicken the amount of time the home stays on the market. Home staging is not about full interior design. Home staging is about creating style on a budget. The existing contents of the home are considered and used creatively and extra items are sourced where necessary. Special attention is given to colour, lighting, fabrics, furnishings, layout, decoration and de-cluttering to create the required ambience and effect.

Initial Consultation

The initial visit to a property is free within a 10 mile radius (home visits outside the area will be charged at £10.00 flat fee refundable if instructed). This consists of a 1 hour visit to assess and evaluate what the client’s needs are.

The client can then decide what option they require as detailed below:-

Verbal Consultation

£35.00 per hour
To make the vital first impression to potential buyers, I evaluate your property and advise you on staging or preparing it. Some rooms may just need a de-clutter or new paintwork. This is a verbal report and summary and will normally take two to three hours.

Consultation and Full Written Report

£150.00
As above but a full written report will be provided rather than a verbal assessment.


Makeover Service

Quotes can be provided after the initial consultation as above. Client’s budgets whether large or small will always be taken into account.
